Requests for adjacent tables or specific positions are subject to the available floor plan and are not guaranteed.
Tables, chairs and access
Tables and chairs are provided. The number of tables and vendor admissions is stated in the package purchased. Additional space, electrical access or special equipment is not included unless agreed with TCGNO Events in writing. Keep displays and merchandise within the assigned space.
All sales final and event cancellation
All vendor reservation sales are final. No refunds are provided unless the event is cancelled. Vendor withdrawals, changes of plans, travel issues, late arrivals and no-shows do not qualify for a refund. If TCGNO Events cancels Snowy Sunday, amounts paid to TCGNO Events for the cancelled vendor reservation will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider.
