General admission begins at 9:00 AM and the show closes at 3:00 PM Eastern. Your General Admission ticket is valid during those hours.

Parking and arrival instructions will be shared before show day. Follow venue signage and staff directions when you arrive.

Purchase the General Admission Ticket through our Shopify checkout. Your order confirmation will be emailed after purchase.

All tickets are emailed as a Shopify order confirmation and tracked by the purchaser’s name and order number. Bring the confirmation and order details to check-in.

Door admission is subject to remaining capacity. Buying the General Admission Ticket online in advance is recommended.

Please review the General Admission product listing for any published children’s admission policy. Unless a free-child offer is explicitly listed, each attendee needs an admission ticket.

All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled. If TCGNO Events cancels Snowy Sunday, admission payments will be refunded to the original payment method. Read the ticket terms and refund policy.

Early-release, standard and premium vendor packages are listed on the vendor booking page. Package prices, inclusions and current availability appear before payment.

Yes. Tables and chairs will be provided for vendors. Check your selected package for the table quantity and included vendor admissions.

You may request multiple tables and adjacent placement when booking. Placement requests are subject to the approved floor plan and remaining availability.

Pokémon, other trading card games, sports cards and related collectibles are welcome. Vendors must accurately describe merchandise and may not sell counterfeit, stolen or unlawful items.

All vendor reservation sales are final unless the event is cancelled. If TCGNO Events cancels Snowy Sunday, the cancelled reservation will be refunded to the original payment method. Read the Vendor Terms.

Yes. Bring your cards and trade respectfully with other collectors and participating vendors, following venue rules and staff directions.
