TICKET TERMS & REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled. Email confirmation and name/order-number check-in.
Event and admission
These terms apply to General Admission tickets for TCGNO Events: Snowy Sunday at Dunn Loring Volunteer Fire Department on Sunday, January 3, 2027, from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Eastern. Each ticket admits one person during general admission hours; an order admits the quantity of tickets purchased. The current price is displayed on the Shopify product page.
Email delivery and order records
All tickets are delivered by email as a Shopify order confirmation and tracked by the purchaser’s name and order number. That confirmation is your proof of purchase. Enter a working email address at checkout and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it. Contact TCGNO Events for help locating an order.
Check-in and groups
Present your order confirmation, purchaser’s name and order number at check-in. Staff verify payment and the number of admissions purchased and record how many people have entered against the order. If your group arrives separately, each arriving member should have the order details; admissions cannot exceed the purchased quantity.
All sales final and event cancellation
All ticket sales are final. No refunds are provided unless the event is cancelled. Changes of plans, travel issues, late arrivals, unused tickets and no-shows do not qualify for a refund. If TCGNO Events cancels Snowy Sunday, amounts paid to TCGNO Events for the cancelled admission will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider.
Event conduct and belongings
Follow staff directions and posted venue rules, treat others respectfully and keep your cards and belongings secure. Purchases or trades with independent vendors are separate transactions between you and the vendor. Admission does not guarantee a particular seller, item, giveaway or purchase opportunity.

Contact TCGNO Events about order details, email delivery or event questions. These terms do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
